We seek to assemble a group of high-achieving seafarers (women and men) committed to sustainability and gender equality who can join us to champion our impact activities and advise us.

Whether to share inspiring stories, serving as role models, contributing to co-inquiries, serving on our advisory group, or participating in our research, champions will help us support a faster transition of the sector towards sustainability.

We seek small grants from foundations, companies, HNWI, or donors to co-finance and support our impact activities.

This support will help define pathways to promote greater participation of women in the sector and female leadership in sea-going professions. As we promote findings from our impact work, this will also contribute to raising the profile of seagoing professions, to finding solutions to mobilze a more skilled workforce, and to advancing the debate on the positive contribution of the maritime sector to the UN SDGs.

We look for industry advisers, experts, consultants, innovators, postgrad students and interns to take part in our consultancy work.

Industry advisers with extensive experience in crew management or sustainabilty in shipping, cruise, fishing, and port industries. retired industry professionals only.

Technical experts in UNCLOS, MLC, MARPOL and the UN High Seas Treaty.

Interns and PhD students engaged in marine, maritime and global logistics studies.
